Shipping Charges:
We have a standard delivery charge for Books, Stationary and Magazines. Single/Multiple items below 500/- ship for a flat 50/- pan India and orders above 500/- have Free Delivery pan India.
Non Standardised heavy items like Furniture, Boxes etc have separate shipping charges depending on the Geographic Location, the Logistics availability and weight/quantity.

Delivery Times:
We try our best to get the products shipped and delivered to you in the fastest possible time. But, it is possible at times that orders get delayed due to State/Public holidays, high volumes of delivery and other external factors. The delivery times and date displayed on the order summary is an estimated date only.
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Buyer, shipping destination and the Logistic company’s time-to-deliver at your location.

Product Charges:
There are no additional charges or hidden costs (sales tax, VAT, GST, octroi etc) on items sold by Whatbook.in. Prices as displayed are final unless otherwise specified. There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Whatbook.in List prices are final and all-inclusive of all taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
Additional charges/Shipping (If any) will be clearly mentioned on the order summary prior payment.

Delivery Locations:
Please enter your default pin code on the product page to know delivery times on the product page itself.
If you haven't provided your pin-code until the checkout stage, the pin-code in your saved shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.
Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on whether the Logistics team ships to your location, State-wise Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location and serviceability of your pin-code.
Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Buyer and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location.
In case of non-availability of a Logistics service to your pin-code we will ship orders by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on your location.

COD:
Availability of COD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery.
Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your pin code on the product page to check if COD is available in your location.

Returns & Refunds:
We offer a 7 day flexible and no-questions asked return policy. All we ask is that you return the item to us in the same condition that you received it, with the original invoice, any tags attached, and without damage. In case of any discrepancies or damage claims, our decision subject to item/s condition will be final.
Returns are easy. Wherever possible our Logistics partners will facilitate the pick-up of the item and issue you a receipt confirming the pick-up. In case the pick-up cannot be arranged through our Logistics team, you can return the item through a convenient third-party courier service. Return shipping fees will be refunded to you on your payment mode subject to providing a valid approved Receipt from a standard Logistics company and on confirmation of receipt of the item/s to our warehouse or nearest processing centre.
Please allow us 5-10 days time after receipt of items to process & initiate refunds to your preferred mode of payment. CoD refunds will be processed to a valid Indian bank account paid back in Indian Rupees.

Out of Stock:

International Delivery:
As of now, Whatbook.in does not ship items internationally.
You will be able to make purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with a valid credit/debit card or Net banking/Paypal but please ensure the delivery address is in India.
